Can a member cancel their own recurring membership billing?

Yes - a member who has set up a recurring billing plan is able to cancel his or her own subscription by following these steps: 

• Log in to your account.
• Click your name in the top right corner and choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
  
  

• In the page that appears, select the Membership tab and click Cancel Subscription - the subscription will end at the next renewal date (An Admin may cancel their membership effective immediately through the admin panel).
