SilkStart offers multiple admin-only event notifications to help keep everyone in the loop. Feel free to disable these notifications in your admin panel.

- In your admin panel, navigate to Settings > Apps > Events
- Check the box that reads "Disable $0 ticket purchase notifications to Admins"
- Save your changes
Admins of your network will no longer receive purchase notifications whenever a $0 ticket (before any coupon code discounts) is made.

- Check the box that reads "Suppress Event Notification"
- Save your changes
Admins of your network will no longer receive a notification when a new event is created.

Can I have a ticket that is not visible on the event page?
Explanation:
I use a ticket on Silkstart webpage leading up to an event to be held on Zoom platform this to ensure event participants are captured in our database.
Closer to event:
I upload all those registered via Silkstart onto the Zoom platform
I create a link on the Silkstart event page directly to the Zoom platform registration
I remove the Silkstart ticket from the Silkstart webpage.
This seems to result in two issues:
Some fields (City, Province, Country, etrc.) are no longer available when I do an event report
Without a ticket I do not seem to be able to manually register someone.
