What is included with your setup fee?

Training and Support: We provide initial training during the setup and onboard process. In addition, we provide ongoing support free of charge, via phone and email with a 24hr response time.

Database Migration: SilkStart will help you import your database from whatever you are using today. This includes providing a template for the information and the subsequent upload into our system. Because SilkStart integrates your membership management database with your online transactions regardless of whether you use our website CMS tools, no syncing of databases is needed.

Website Setup: During the setup process, SilkStart helps set up your new website framework so you can transfer your content to your new website. We show you how to use our website editor and let you set up your website how you want it. If you are using your own website, then we will show you how to integrate the Member signup/renewal, Events pages, email communication, etc.
