How can a member delete their credit card information?

A member may want to delete their credit card information on SilkStart for any number of reasons. This can be done by the member, and does not have to be completed by an admin.

To delete a credit card number as a member, complete the following steps. 

1. Log into their SilkStart account.
2. Click on their name, and then on 'Account Settings'.
3. Click on the 'Cards' tab to see all credit cards stored on their account. (Don't worry, this page only shows the last 4 digits of the card, which is all that SilkStart stores about that credit card. Their payment details are stored securely by your payment gateway).
4. Click on the red X to delete that credit card from their file.
