Company profiles can be accessed and edited at any time through your admin panel. Simply log in to your admin panel and navigate to Manage > Organizations. Search for your desired company, and click the name to be brought to an editing area of their profile.
Company Profile Tabs:
- Basic Info: Change any basic information on a company’s profile like name, address, email, phone number etc.
- Details: View details and history about a company’s memberships, transactions, event attendance, and more.
- Employees: Add and remove employees of a company, and assign special permissions like Billing Person, Contact Person, and Admin.
- Locations: Add specific locations for a company to display in the directory
- Privacy: Adjust a company’s privacy settings to control their display in the directory.
- Membership Info: View the current status of a company’s membership, change their plan, or offer them a discount.
- Custom Info: Change any information on a company’s profile which is only visible to website administrators.
- History: View entries in a company’s history log.
- Enter Payment: Enter a payment received from a company for a membership, event, invoice, donation, or other.
- Delete: Use the red trash can button to remove a company from your database completely. This action will not delete associated employees from your database.
