When editing or creating a new Job post, admins may Feature the job (have it prominently displayed on the job board) or make it "sticky" (have it display at the top of the listings).
Note: Only a user logged-in as an Admin may feature a job/make it "sticky"
Feature a Job:
- Navigate to the job you wish to feature
- Select 'Edit' or click the small gearbox in the job's description
- Under the heading 'Admin Options' select the checkbox beside 'Feature this Item'
- Select 'Publish'

Alternatively, choose to feature a job at the time of the posting's creation by completing steps #3 and #4 when entering the job details.
Make a Job "sticky":
- Navigate to the job you wish to feature
- Select 'Edit' or click the small gearbox in the job's description
- Under the heading 'Admin Options' select the checkbox beside 'Sticky item'
- Enter a date until which the job will remain sticky
- Select 'Publish'
