As an admin, you can review each job post to ensure it meets your criteria for being published on your job board*.
If notification preferences allow, admins will receive an email letting them know a new job has been submitted and is awaiting approval. Deliverability of this notification can be configured under Communicate > Automated Emails (for all admins), or Communicate > Admin Preferences (for specific admins).
Admins can follow the link in the email to approve or reject the posting. All jobs awaiting approval can be found on the job board in the right-hand panel (visible to admins only).
Publish: The post will immediately be published and available on the job board.
Request Revisions: This will place the job back into draft state and send a notification to the poster. The admin can include suggested revisions in the notification email.
Reject & Delete: The post will be permanently deleted and removed from the 'Jobs waiting for approval' list.
Once an admin approves a job post, an email notification will automatically be sent to the job poster notifying them that their post is now live, along with a link to view it.
*Make sure your permissions only grant user types the ability to Post a new job, and not Publish it. If user types have permission to Publish a job, they may bypass the admin approval step.
