If your event offers tickets to members only, attendees will be prompted to either Log In to Purchase Tickets or Join to Purchase Tickets before registering. You can change the wording of the blue button (see below) to reflect your desired message. The button will continue to link to your site's Join page.
Configure the text on the blue button above to reflect your desired message:
- Log in to your Admin Panel
- Navigate to Settings > Apps > Events
- Configure the text in the "Join To Purchase Tickets Label" box
For example, if your association uses the "Explore" option to allow prospective members to create an account without purchasing a plan, you may wish to use Create an Account to Purchase Tickets to promote the fact that there is no cost involved in setting up an account. This is useful if you would like to retain all attendee information in your database. Note that this button will still redirect to your site's general Join page.
