Note: This process will not charge the member for their membership dues. To update a member's expiry date with a payment, please follow these steps.
You will first need to log in as an admin and navigate to your admin panel.
For an individual membership:
- Navigate to Manage > People.
- Search for the member's account and either click on their name or the pencil icon.
- Click on the Membership Info tab. This page will show the member's current plan and expiry date.
- Click on Change Plan.
- Set the plan and expiry date that you want for this member.
- Click the Change button, and then Save your changes to the user's account in the top right-hand corner
Their membership expiry date will now be updated, and their membership will be active until that date passes.
For a company membership:
- Go to Manage > Organizations.
- Search for the member's account and either click on their name or the pencil icon.
- Click on the Membership Info tab. This page will show the member's current plan and expiry date.
- Click on Change Plan.
- Set the plan and expiry date that you want for this member.
- Click the Change button, and then Save your changes to the user's account in the top right-hand corner.
Their membership expiry date along with any employees that share the plan will now be updated. The membership will be active until that date passes.
