An Admin or a Member may change the email address field in a profile.
Note: Changing the primary email address will also change the login credentials for that member. The primary email is used as the user's login.
As an Admin:
- From the Admin panel navigate to Manage > People
- Locate the member you wish to update, and click on their name.
- Under the Basic Info tab of their profile, adjust the email address.
- Save your changes.
As a Member:
A member may update any of their personal information, including their email address, by logging into their profile. Once logged in, they can select Edit my Profile from the menu under their name (top-right corner).
