If you click "Send Now" on an email campaign and it's not immediately delivered to recipients, it's possible that your message was placed in a queue by our email servers. This may be due to a high volume of emails being sent at the same time, and yours will be sent as soon as possible.
Try checking back on your email campaign (under Communicate > Email Campaigns) after a few minutes. If you're concerned about the state of your email campaign, just drop us a line!
